Livingston County Development is comprised of three core entities devoted exclusively to economic development and sharing the same staff, location, technology, and resources:
- Livingston County Industrial Development Agency (LCIDA)
- Livingston County Development Corporation (LCDC)
- Livingston County Capital Resource Corporation (LCCRC)
Philip Brooks – Chairman
Appointed March 8, 1995
Mr. Brooks resides in Nunda, NY, and is the Chairman of Power and Construction Group, Inc. He is a former Town Supervisor, former Livingston County Board of Supervisors member, and former Chairman of the Employee Relations Committee. He is a current Board member of Directors for Livingston County Water & Sewer Authority, Member of the Steering Committee for T&D Maintenance Management Association (includes utilities throughout North America), and Member of Project Team to develop Utility Storm Restoration Plan. Mr. Brooks worked at Rochester Gas and Electric where he retired early and years later became President and CEO of both Livingston Lighting & Power, and Power and Construction Group, Inc. in Scottsville, NY.
Gary Moore – Vice Chairman

Mr. Moore resides in Leicester, NY, where he is a self employed owner/operator. He is a member of the Livingston County Sewer and Water Authority and on the Mt. Morris Library Board. He served 10 years as a Town Board member as well as 22 years as a Town Supervisor.
Steven Boscoe – Treasurer

Mr. Boscoe resides in Caledonia, NY, where he owns a commercial building and laundromat. He is an Enrolled Agent by the Internal Revenue Service and a Registered Representative and Financial Advisor with Cetera Financial Specialists LLC. He graduated from St. John Fisher College with a Bachelors Degree. Mr. Boscoe was Vice President/branch manager and Commercial Lending Officer for 17 years at Lincoln First Bank. He then owned Padgett Business Services for 23 years until he sold it in 2014. He is a former Chairman of the Board for Livingston County Chamber of Commerce, former Chairman of St. Columba’s Finance Committee, founding member of Livingston County Tomorrow a group organized in the 80’s to promote Economic Development in Livingston County, and several others. Mr. Boscoe also currently serves on the Board of Directors Focus on the Children, Board of Directors and Treasurer Dr. Andaloro Medical Scholarship Corporation, and a member of Caledonia-Mumford Lions Club for the past 30 years.
Robert Smith – Secretary

Mr. Smith is the Supply Chain Manager for The Gunlocke Company, a manufacturer of premier office furniture. He is a lifelong resident of Dansville NY and is a graduate of the State University of New York in Geneseo.
J. Peter Yendell
Appointed December 17, 2003
Mr. Yendell resides in Lima, where he is the Town Supervisor. He serves on the Livingston County Board of Supervisors and represents Livingston County on the Livingston County Board of Health, Inter-County Association of Western New York, and is the Chairman of the Livingston County Human Services Committee. Mr. Yendell is a member of Damascus Shriners and a 40 year member of the Lima Fire Department. He also is the past President of the Association of Village Boards. Mr. Yendell worked at the Eastman Kodak Company for 39 years and served as a Village Trustee in Lima for 4 years, and Mayor for 18 Years before being elected to the Livingston County Board of Supervisors in 2002.

Mr. Gott resides in Livonia, NY, where he owns Commercial Automotive, Inc. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors for Livingston County, Livonia Town Supervisor, a member of Livonia Village Board of Trustees, Livonia Town Board, and Vice-Chairman of the Livingston County Ways and Means Committee.

Ms. Lane is the President & CEO of the Livingston County Area Chamber of Commerce and Livingston County Education Alliance. Laura is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia with degrees in International Relations and History. She has served in various capacities within the chamber of commerce arena for over a decade, having also led the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce and as Program Director for the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce. She is the current Chair of the Chamber Alliance for New York State, a current board member of the Livingston County United Way, Livingston County Business Education Alliance and former Chair of the Western New York Chamber Alliance. A Perry native, Laura moved back to this area in 2005 and currently lives in Sparta.
